Home Remedies For Back Pain during
Pregnancy
Most of the adults suffer from backpain sometime in their
life. Backaches can be severe or mild. Severe pain is generally
caused by injuries to muscles, ligaments & bones. Problems
with some other organs can also cause back pain. For eg. Kidney
infection, female pelvic disorder.
It is very common during pregnancy, due to continuous changes
in the body and excessive stress that the body undergoes.
Carrying a child puts heavy pressure on your lower back.
Nutritional deficiencies can also lead to back pain. Back pain
can also lead to locked areas in your backside and a stiff
neck.
Following are the home remedies for back pain:
1. A good massage in the affected areas can release the
tension and relaxes the muscles in that area.
2. Never turn around or twist while you lift. This can
affect your vertebrates.
3. Whenever you lift something, bend your knees first.
This will prevent stress to your lower back.
4. Try to sit in firm chairs to keep your back
straight. This will prevent slouching and will help reduce the
back pain.
5. Avoid lifting heavy objects in the last few weeks of
your pregnancy.
