Home Remedies for Morning Sickness
during Pregnancy
Morning sickness...the first thing that starts in pregnancy.
Though again it might not affect a few women, the others are
terribly troubled by it and some even feel it in their entire
pregnancy.
Below are the suggested home remedies for morning sickness.
At least one of them should be able to provide you relief from
all the suffering. Though one of the best thought is the gift

- Keep salty biscuits by your bedside for when you get up
during the night to visit the bathroom or soothe one of the
kids
- Chew your food well. Even this is supposed to give
relief from morning sickness.
- Sniff a lemon. You can even keep sucking on a lemon to
avoid these spells.
- Eat a high protein snack before sleeping.
- Avoid deep fried food in the night. Take food with less
fats.
- Mix wheat germ in warm milk and take a little every few
hours.
- You can even suck on to peeled ginger for better
effects.

- Trying very hard to diet can also lead to morning
sickness. Sometimes just giving in to your cravings can
help.
- Drink ginger tea.
- Sucking onto popsicles also helps.
