Post Pregnancy Depression

Some of you may go through this phase and it will be easier to deal with this once you know what it is. It may come a few weeks after birth or immediately later on when you will be and feel sad, depressed, anxious, detached from the baby and not wanting to feed. You might even feel like causing some harm to the baby and feel guilty about these thoughts. But do not worry as this is all a passing phase

Make your partner read this as it is important for him also to know and be there for you. The reason is not known but whatever, you must realize that your life has taken a turn now. These are natural changes and with the help of your partner and support groups, you will soon come back to normal.

Take your own time, relax, meditate and take long walks. Convey your feelings to those who are near to you. It will all help in alleviating the problems.
